Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Zodiac Compatibility 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides lunar zodiac compatibility readings based on Chinese zodiac calculation. You may create profiles, view zodiac identity information, and unlock compatibility readings. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases to unlock individual compatibility readings. Each purchase unlocks one specific zodiac combination (birth sign and year sign pair). Purchases are consumable: each transaction unlocks exactly one compatibility match. If two profiles share the same zodiac combination, only one purchase is required. Different combinations require separate purchases.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Educacion Global, Inc. does not process payments directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. We do not handle refund transactions.
5. Data Storage
All user data, including profiles, unlocked reading keys, and preferences, is stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain. No data is transmitted to external servers. No account creation is required. If you delete the App, locally stored data may be cleared by the operating system.
6. Entertainment Disclaimer
The App is provided strictly for entertainment purposes. Zodiac compatibility readings are based on traditional Chinese zodiac calculation systems and should not be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. Decisions made based on readings are your sole responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
Educacion Global, Inc. provides the App "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Educacion Global, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
