Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Moon Calendar — Lunar Engine ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides live lunar phase tracking, a 60-year elemental cycle explorer, and structured compatibility analysis based on the Chinese lunar zodiac system. You may create profiles, view lunar identity information, and unlock compatibility analyses. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases to unlock individual compatibility analyses. Each purchase unlocks one specific lunar combination (birth sign and year sign pair). Purchases are consumable: each transaction unlocks exactly one compatibility match. If two profiles share the same lunar combination, only one purchase is required. Different combinations require separate purchases. No subscription is required.
4. Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Educacion Global, Inc. does not process payments directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.
5. Data Storage
All user data, including profiles, unlocked keys, and preferences, is stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain. No data is transmitted to external servers. No account creation is required. No external tracking is used. If you delete the App, locally stored data may be cleared by the operating system.
6. Entertainment Disclaimer
The App is provided for cultural exploration and entertainment purposes. Lunar compatibility analyses are based on traditional Chinese zodiac calculation systems and should not be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
Educacion Global, Inc. provides the App "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Educacion Global, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
